“The Present” (pun intended) reflects the state of our cities and how rampant pollution is affecting our lives. It was planned to project that the story unfolds in a metropolis somewhere in 2020. Ironically and unfortunately however, recent conditions in some major cities across the globe rendered this fictional story as a mere documentary of our ‘present’. Every parent wishes to gift their children something special on their birthdays, reflecting their care, concern and love in the process. This short film by amateur filmmakers asks every city dweller a vital question “What would we really like to present our future generations with?” If you like our attempt, leave your comments and share the short film with others.
