Strange Ghost Voice On A Highway

I-70 near the 5th Street exit in St. Charles, Missouri. Haunted ghost sounds voices coming from the tires on the pavement. This is in response to MoonSapphireDemon, who informed me about this haunted section of highway where strange sounds are heard.
