Ingredients: 290g MyProtein Impact Whey (Vanilla Flavour) 140g Oats 130ml Skimmed Milk 70g MyProtein Natural Peanut Butter 70g Honey 20g Cocoa Powder Instructions: 1. Add all the dry ingredients (Whey, Oats & Cocoa) to a large mixing bowl, and mix together 2. Add the peanut butter to the dry ingredients in the mixing bowl and mix ingredients 3. Add the honey, mix again 4. Gradually add a little of the milk, mixing it in as you add it 5. Add a little water and mix to desired consistency (optional) 6. Spread the mix in baking tray or container that you have greased with a little bit of low calorie cooking spray 7. Leave in the fridge to set overnight 8. Cut the hardened mix into 10 protein bars 8.
