But when it chooses to do either it does so at great cost to its ability to do the other. Cash-built Psys on PWI make it look easy to oneshot people in white voodoo while taking no damage back. That is simply not possible in an equally maxed out situation. As a Psy, you live forever on the edge, forever gambling on one mode or the other, forever living a hyperbolic life.
