I want to be the best cowboy I can be, and I think drinking the correct beer is important. I already have a cowboy hat and a nice big shiny buckle?" My written review follows: Evil Twin Brewing The Cowboy Smoked PilsnerWRITTEN REVIEW: A -- Evil Twin Brewing The Cowboy Smoked Pilsner, pours a dark, hazy color with a 2 finger head of tight off white quickly dissipating bubbles. Some decent glass lacing, but no alcohol legs to speak of. S -- Sweet malt followed by grassy / herbal hops that smell a touch floral in the back end. This is all complemented by the a hint of sweet meaty smoke in the background. No alcohol is detectable in the aroma. T -- Follows the nose very well. O -- Evil Twin Brewing The Cowboy Smoked Pilsner is one of the the best takes on the pilsner style that I have had and it is more full and complex than most lagers out there. For a 5.5% ABV beer Evil Twin Brewing The Cowboy Smoked Pilsnerr brings well defined flavor from front to back. This is a beer that I recommend to any aficionado of interpretations of classic German beer styles. PROST!!!!
