The first part of creating an analysis from scratch with Power BI within Dynamics 365 ( Dynamcis AX 2012 ). In this part we are going to search in Dyanmics 365 for Operations for the correct table to start with our Sales Analysis. We then go and connect our Power BI Desktop to the SQL database and start modelling. We are using Power Query, Power Pivot and Power View and create measures with DAX.
