Angelinos love the California laid back...the not so Parisian Chic...style. HD

Good morning from Los Angeles. My next few videos will be covering the Los Angeles Street Style (before I head to the south of France). Compared to other places in the country, we dress very, (hmm, how do I say this…) uniquely laid back and I wanted to capture this. California style favors a relaxed and natural look over looking pulled-together, just the opposite of Parisian style. Leggings, yoga pants, shorts, sneakers, flip flops, and tank tops are typical items that can be spotted being worn on a beach, or in a fancy local restaurant. Being a casual dresser is easy. It does not require a whole lot of thought or color coordinating. Part of dressing like a California girl is keeping a calm and casual attitude about these things. I truly enjoyed making this video. This was my first time filming in Los Angeles. People were very friendly and enthusiastic to get on camera. My next video will feature more chic and refined street styles from LA. In this video, The first 2 ladies are German Americans. The African lady at the end is Jamaican American. Have a wonderful weekend and enjoy!
