How to make Potassium Chlorate ( KClO3 ) from bleach

First i get 200ml of NaOCl 5.25% and boiled it to 40ml. and you can see white powder and yellow solution. cool down the mixture in ice water jar and filter the solution. the white powder is Sodium Chloride ( NaCl ) and the yellow solution is sodium chlorate ( NaClO3) next you dissolve potassium chloride (KCl) in the water. and mix KCl solution with yellow solution. then keep it in ice water jar. then you can see there are two layers. bottom white crystals are potassium chlorate ( KClO3). and the solution is NaCl. Filter the mixture and dry the potassium chlorate crystals. Thanks for Watching !
