SOYA CHUNK MANCHURIAN

Soya chunks manchurian is a delicious manchurian gravy dish made with nutritious soya chunks. It is rich in bean protein which is very healthy food that can be added as a side dish to any menu. INGREDIENTS: Soya chunks 2 cup Salt To taste Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp Corn starch 2 tbs Vinegar 1 tbs Soya sauce 1-2 tbs Sugar 1 tsp Red chillypowder 1 tsp Oil 1 tbs Ginger(finely chopped) 1 tbs Garlic(finely chopped) 1 tbs spring Onions(chopped) 1 nos chilli sauce 1 tbsp red food couler 1/4 tsp chopped onion 1/2 cup Black Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp or to taste Tomato Ketchup - 2 Tbsp METHOD: 1. Soak soya chunks in hot water for 10 mins and squeeze the water and keep aside. 2. Take a bowl and add soya chunks, salt, ginger garlic paste, corn starch and mix thoroughly. 3. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the soya chunks and transfer it into a plate. 4. Take a cup and add 1 tbsp Corn Flour in 1/2 cup of water. 5. Heat oil in a pan and add ginger, garlic, onions, spring onion and fry them for 2 munits add little salt, red chilli powder ,green chilli sauce, veniger,soya sause and after 2 munits add paste of corn starch 6. Add tomato sause and fried soya chunks saute it and switch off the flame. 7. Now the Soya chunks manchurian is ready to serve.
