It is rich in bean protein which is very healthy food that can be added as a side dish to any menu. http://www.vahrehvah.com/soya-chunks-manchurian INGREDIENTS: Soya chunks 1 cup All purpose flour 1 tbs Salt To taste Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp Corn starch 2 tbs Vinegar 1 tbs Soya sauce 1-2 tbs MSG ¼ tsp Sugar 1 tsp Red chilly paste 1 tsp Oil 1 tbs Ginger(finely chopped) 1 tbs Garlic(finely chopped) 1 tbs Onions(chopped) 1 nos Green chillies 2 nos METHOD: 1. Soak soya chunks in hot water for 10 mins and squeeze the water and keep aside. 2. Take a bowl and add soya chunks, all purpose flour, salt, ginger garlic paste, corn starch and mix thoroughly. 3. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the soya chunks and transfer it into a plate. 4. Take a cup and add vinegar, soya sauce, MSG, sugar, red chilly paste and mix thoroughly. 5. Heat oil in a pan and add ginger, garlic, onions, little salt, green chillies and saute it. 6. Add soya sauce mixture, fried soya chunks saute it and switch off the flame. 7. Now the Soya chunks manchurian is ready to serve.
