Mrs.Vahchef is very fond of cooking and her Recipes are very unique and fit for busy women specially working women Boiled egg wedges coated in a slurry of corn starch and bread crumbs gives a peppery and crispy flavor. http://www.vahrehvah.com/fried-pepper-egg Ingredients: Corn flour 2 tsp All purpose flour 1 tsp Pepper powder 1 pinch Salt 1 pinch Bread crumbs 1 cup Method: 1. Take corn flour in a plate then add and or all purpose flour, pepper powder, salt, water and mix it to make a thick slurry. 2. Dip boiled egg pieces(remove the yellow part) in the slurry and coat properly. 3. Now coat them with bread crumbs. 4. Deep fry these egg wedges in hot oil and take them out on paper towel when they turn golden brown. 5. Crispy egg wedges are ready to serve with any kind of sauce of your taste.
