Recipe: 1 lbs ground pork 1 egg 1 tablespoon corn starch 1/2 onion chopped 4 shitake mushrooms chopped 1 teaspoon white and black pepper 1/2 tablespoon garlic salt 2 tablespoons sesame oil dumpling wrappers (about 20-30) oil for pan frying. Mix ingredients (meat, egg, onions, corn starch, shitake mushroom and seasonings) well. Make a meat paste. Place a spoonful onto a wrapper, and squeeze sides up to make an open topped barrel shape.
