INGREDIENTS medium size shrimps 120g, salt, corn starch, white sugar, MSG, white pepper, sesame oil, half lean pork, bamboo shoot/ water chestnut, potato starch, wheat starch, olive oil, water INSTRUCTIONS 1. Remove shrimp guts 2. Dice up the shrimps 3. Add salt and stir evenly 4. Add corn starch 5. Stir for five minutes 6. Add white sugar 7. Add MSG 8. Add white pepper 9. Add sesame oil 10. Boil water 11. Add half lean pork 12. Add bamboo shoot or water chestnut 13. Put inside refrigerator for 30 minutes 14. Mix potato starch and wheat starch together 15. Add olive oil 16. Add 70 degree or more of boiled water 17. Stir evenly when warm 18. Mix with another half of potato starch’ 19. Smear olive oil on the blade and chopping board 20.
