Sweet and Sour Pork 咕嚕肉 Ingredients 150g/ 5oz pork fillet/ spare ribs (pieced) 1/2 bell peper (pieced) 1 can pineapple (drained & pieced) 1/2 onion 1 pk Sweet & Sour sauce 1 Egg Corn starch Salt Sugar Black pepper Oil Procedure 1 Mix pork fillet with marinade (1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar, 1 beaten egg) 2 Dust pork fillet with corn starch and deep-fry in hot oil until golden brown and cooked. Drain. 3 Saute bell peppers and pineapple in oil. Add sauce with pork fillet, heat through and stir well. Optional: Season with paprika, cajun seasoning, parsley, etc. Thank you for watching!
