Revolights: How to Fit Your Bike for Revolight Wheels HD
Revolights: Fit Check Before purchasing a pair of Revolights, follow these 5 quick steps to check if your bike is Revolights compatible. Wheel Size and Tire Width: Make sure your wheel is the right diameter and the right size. Find on your wheel tire two numbers usually with an "x" in between the first number and the second number. The first number represents the diameter of your wheel size; this number is usually 700 or 622. The second number represents the width of the tire, it should be under 37 mm. The next steps are checks to verify parts of your bike, these parts all need to be 40 mm. Find a tool that can identify whether these parts are 40 mm. (Fun Fact: An American dollar bill folded in half twice is exactly 40 mm) Rim Depth: Measure the depth of the rim, from under the wheel to where the bike spoke starts. Make sure this length does not exceed 40 mm. Front Fork & Rear Chainstay Clearance: Measure the distance between your fork arms-in front and back of your bike - at the point below the brake pad. Make sure this is lower than 40 mm.
