Lower Body Loading HD
I have received a lot of requests recently to share more of my personal loading days, typically I don’t share them as they tend to be basic and boring IMO. But here is a sample hypertrophy day for me during the week. Set the clock for 40 minutes and I complete as many rounds as possible of the following: 10 DB Split Squats - L 10 DB Split Squats - R 10 DB Dead’s 10 DB Goblet Bench Squats Resting typically 60-90 seconds between sets as needed. Always chasing full range of motion slow controlled quality reps with a weight that challenges me (100lbs DB’s shown here) Nothing sexy, just 3 basic moves on this particular day to get the wheels working. This is of course part of a comprehensive program I am on currently and this is an example of one of the lower days inside that program.
