Walking Meditation on the Ozark Trail HD

I woke-up before sunrise, crawled out of my hammock and hiked to Crane Lake. It was awesome to hear the first birds start singing over the fog covered lake. When blue skies replaced the fog, I walked down to the creek and enjoyed the sights and sounds of a babbling brook.
