Don’t move here Apartments in Visalia California BUENA FORTUNA Village HD

The owner that bought this property a few years back has done nothing to improve the conditions of the apartment complex or the roach problem since I moved over here on this side two years ago my roach problem is so bad (they haven’t sprayed at all in over two years) plus they bombed three times before I moved in and I smack them off of me in the middle of the night, I have mold in my bathroom the ceiling looks like it’s going to cave in my back fence is rotting away ... and someone tried to back in twice last night.... don’t rent here his raised rent multiple times during this whole Covid and not to mention we went three months without hot water
