Tiger Moth aerobatics at Great Eastern Fly in 2016

Great Eastern Fly-in at Evans Head, New South Wales (just down from Byron Bay for those not familiar with it) had a great airshow on the Saturday and Sunday (9th and 10th) January 2016. Nigel Arnott is seen here putting the DH-82A Tiger Moth through a spirited display on both days. VH-BCI appears to be a replica built in 1962 from a collection of parts by Lawrence Engineering. Hence it has a build serial number of LES 11. It was fully restored more recently by the late Barry Hemple and is presently (Feb 2016) registered out of Pullenvale. A beautiful looking Tiger.
