Dr Alok Sharma Stem Cell Therapy for Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy in Gujarati 16 years old male with history of frequent falls and being slow as compared to peers from age of 3 years. Symptoms gradually increased by the age of 5 years with difficulty in getting up from floor & climbing stairs. They consulted a pediatrician & got his CPK done which was raised and he was diagnosed as case of DMD. By age of 7 years he was unable to get up from floor & climbing stairs. By the age of 13 years he needed maximum support for walking and had tendency of toe walking. By the age of 15 years, he stopped walking & developed Upper limb weakness such that he was unable to perform overhead activities. He developed Spinal Lt Scoliosis once he stopped walking(1.5years) back. Sitting posture is more erect (without spinal jacket). 7) Sitting tolerance has improved from 2 hours to 4-5 hours.
