Audi Q5 Centre Console Trim Replacement HD

Replacing slightly damaged (dented and scratched) brushed aluminium trim from the centre console of my dads 2012 (possibly 2013) Audi Q5 For what the trim is its a slightly fiddly job removing it, and slightly disappointing that on a car like this the trim would damage so easily in the first place. Nonetheless, it is something that can be done DIY and it is not too difficult. I think this process should be vaguely similar on the A4 from a similar vintage.
