Does it really matter which DVI Port you use? Testing DVI-D (Port 1) vs DVI-I (Port 2) (QFP006) HD

Today I am looking at testing one DVI port (DVI-D Dual Link) on my Graphics card vs the second DVI-I Dual Link Port on my graphics and showing you if there is a difference in input lag in regards to which port you use on your GPU. I did the tests with my camera stopped down to 1/4000th of a second and using inputlag.exe on duplicate mode on both a Yamakasi and an Acer 1080p TN panel. The graphics card used was a GTX 780. I would of loved to have done this test with two identical monitors, with a lot more shots, that would have produced some more conclusive results. anyway hope you guys enjoyed it.
