In my town home tour last year I stated, "the ink has dried and this place is mine," and my words were run with and made to sound like I was alluding to ownership, when I was just excited to have an apartment in my name with no roommates. Just like any other apartment, that town home was a unit I leased -- starting in September of last year and ending in October of this year. Since I wanted a bigger space I moved out of the town home once my lease ended into another apartment.
