what I really eat in a week! - ( vegan + easy + realistic! ) HD
Hey friends! Welcome to another what I really eat in a week video! Soooo this is me just living my life and enjoying myself and food once again! What I eat is constantly changing and I eat as a feel because I am an intuitive eater! My diet is not “perfect” nor do I even believe there is a perfect diet. Everyone is so unique, special and their bodies need different things! Do not base your diet on anything but your own unique body, brain and life!! For myself, I am 99% vegan. What does that mean? It means I randomly enjoy a free range local egg ( usually like 2 times a year ), some wild honey and maybe a slice of pie at Christmas time. I feel absolutely amazing when I consume a lot of whole foods, but I find my balance and enjoy my life and honour my cravings! I have been eating in this way for many, years and feel amazing with no intention to change much about the way I eat! Hope you enjoy the video and I could give you some inspiration, weather on your next meal or to help you see that food freedom is waiting for you! I appreciate you and I am sending you soooooo much love, you da best! NOTE: There was a copy right claim on a song I used and I had to remove the audio from 3:51 to 4:56. Sorry for the weird silence my friends!
