The president says the continuing exchanges among leaders is creating unnecessary political tension which is scaring away potential investors. Moi says the push for constitutional reforms through a referendum is inevitable due to the many challenges the country is faced with. Moi has urged leaders to create a good environment that will enable the public to have an informed debate on the review of the constitution.
