Garden Tool Shovel Handle broken; how to fix repair cheap HD

How to fix your broken shovel or garden tool handle. This works with partially broken or split wooden handles. I doubt this will work if your handle is broken into two pieces although you might be able to use some screws and PVC pipe to fix it.
