CatLab Kick-off (English) - 21st June, 11 am HD

Festive launch of the Catalysis Laboratory CatLab. Hydrogen is a key building block for a successful energy transition. A whole range of technologies needs to be developed and optimised on the way to the sustainable production and use of green hydrogen. Most of these technologies have one thing in common: they require the right catalysts. The heart of CatLab: developing novel and tailor-made catalysts. The Helmholtz-Zentrum Berlin and the two Max Planck Institutes, Fritz Haber Institute and Institute for Chemical Energy Conversion, are pooling their competences to establish the Catalysis Laboratory CatLab together with academic and industrial partners. CatLab is funded by the Federal Ministry for Education and Research (BMBF) in the framework of the National Hydrogen Strategy.
