DONATE: http://bit.ly/1QPXB5S Macomb County Habitat for Humanity (MCHH) (http://www.macombhabitat.org/) and representatives from BAE Systems in Sterling Heights (http://www.baesystems.com/), the Local 58 International Brotherhood of Electronic Workers (IBEW - http://www.ibewlocal58.org/) and Lowe’s Home Improvement in Warren (http://www.lowes.com/) joined together to welcome Navy Veteran (http://www.navyvets.com/) Quentin Thomas to his new habitat in Warren, MI. On behalf of the Gulf War and Desert Storm veteran, BAE Systems made a $25k contribution to MCHH for both labor and materials. The Local 58 IBEW donated labor and supplies for the electrical work in the house and the Warren Lowe’s contributed a $2500 for project supplies. Your donation will help us fund #Veterans Support Projects like renovations to this 1940’s bungalow for Quentin Thomas. Help nable us to reach out to other veterans in 2016 and donate today. We provide a “Hand Up” not a“Hand Out” to hardworking families across Macomb County, to give them the financial foundation to purchase a decent, affordable home, and the skills to maintain it. For veterans like Quentin, their service to our country counts as their sweat equity hours.
