Neat Lashup on NS 8933 North Bellevue, OH HD

I noticed the heritage unit in the distance and thought it was neat, but what I found even more cool was the C40-8.5W right in front of it. These engines were an attempt by NS to rebuild their old C40-8s with newer electronics, Tier 2 emissions, and a wide cab. However, it did not go as well as NS hoped it would, and the rest of the standard cab Dash 8s have been retired/sold/scrapped aside from the ones that were already undergoing rebuild. The widecab Dash 8s could be retired as well within the next 5 years.
