In today’s home dumbbell workout, we’ll be going through an intense routine to build a bigger chest and bigger triceps. This workout only requires a pair of dumbbells; I’ll personally be using a pair of 25lb dumbbells. We’ll be completing 3 exercises for the chest, 2 exercises for the triceps, and concluding with a chest/triceps finisher exercise. For maximum intensity, attempt to repeat this home workout for 2-3 total rounds. If you want to complete this workout multiple times per week, you should rest about 48 hours between workouts for maximum recovery and growth.
