OMG This workout was a killer for me. You will see in my video, specially towards the end, how I struggle with it. Since I am 5 months postpartum my fitness level is gradually improving but this workout was an X for me. Maybe for you will not be so difficult though. I guess you will just have to try it :) So here is the break down of this workout: 1. Low Jacks 2. Side abs (L+R) 3. Slow mountain climbers (Cross + Straight) 4. Reverse abs 5. High Knees 6. Push up + Shoulder tap 7. Hop Jump Lunges 8. Triceps dips 9. Half Burpee jump 10. 2x Ski abs + 2x Commando Push ups 11. Reptile to Kick Through 12. Pull the rope abs 13. 2 and 10 jumps 14. Wide Mountain Climbers 15.
