Day 1 of my Favorite TRX Exercises: The TRX Plank HD

The #TRX Plank: One of the most important foundational exercises because almost every movement is based around a plank! This TRX Plank takes the core activation up a whole other notch! TRX is set at mid calf length, toes in. Extend legs into a strong plank, hiding your ribs, keeping a level belt line, make your glutes like apples NOT apple sauce, lats packed, toes to the nose and head in line with the spine. Hold with full body rigidity for 10 seconds on and 5 seconds off. Repeat for 4 sets total. Master the elbow position then move onto the hands. #CORESTRONG #EARNIT TRX Training
