Day 3 of my favorite #TRX exercises: The TRX Body Saw. This exercise is no joke! You will INGITE everything from your elbow to your toes! TRX mid calf length, ground facing away, toes in. Starting in a strong plank position. Maintaining total body rigidity, toes towards the nose, glutes like apples, level belt line, bracing the abs, lats packed. Start by PUSHING your body away from you elbows like you are doing and overhead press. Only move back as far as you can maintain rigidity in the spine! Pause then return to the starting position by engaging your lats and PULLING yourself back to the start like a pull-up. Starting with small movements then building up as the core gets stronger. You will get a big reactive core activation with this exercise great prep and activation for any overhead exercise work. #CORESTRONG #EARNIT
