Post ACL reconstruction surgery 1 Month -Basketball

just an intro i know not a great video the rest will be better im just looking for questions that i can help with so ask away. Will show rehab stretches and motion training plus incesion. had the petella graph along with an meniscule removal (30% left knee) 8/14/13 surgery date. plan on uploading up two a year after surgery with basketball highlights.
