Athletes will connect the Victory Ropes, make a loop, and place it around their waist as their partner or anchor secures the Victory Ropes. Athletes will begin by placing their cones at both ends of the drill and laterally shuffle between the cones. Continue this for 40 seconds before adding an additional cone at the center and 8-12 feet in front of the other cones. Athletes will start at the lone cone, open up their hips, and drop their left foot back as they backward diagonally shuffle to the back left cone. Athletes will then shuffle forward to the starting cone, switch their hip and foot position, and perform the same motion to the back right cone. Athletes will continue this alternating pattern for 40 seconds before stopping and resting for 45 seconds.
