Railfanning Solana Beach - 3/8/15 HD

After many months of delay, I was finally able to make my way back out to Solana Beach and Railfan at the station. This station is quite narrow compared to many other stations, especially the Track 2 platform with barely enough space for passengers to stand and board the train. This station in general is however quite nice mainly since it is situated right in the middle of town and fully grade separated from all the streets, making for some fairly interesting camera angles and shots. Train 1 : Amtrak 768 with F59PHI #459 & CabCar #6901. Train 2 : Amtrak 777 with CabCar #6904 & F59PHI #458. Train 3 : Coaster #685 with F40PHM-2C #2102 & CabCar #2306. Very friendly Engineer on F40PHM-2C #2102 along with two blasts of the horn as well ! Train 4 : Amtrak 572 with P42DC #184 & NPCU #90208. Nice K5LA, Action, and Conductor ! Train 5 : Coaster #688 with CabCar #2306 & F40PHM-2C #2102. Train 6 : Amtrak 579 with CabCar #6908 & F59PHI #459. Train 7 : Amtrak 774 with F59PHI #462 & CabCar #6901.
