www.vacupack.com 1-800-227-3769 Thom Dolder describes how chamber vacuum sealers can seal a bag of water. Watch the water boil at room temps and never leave the bag. Atmospheric pressure is removed from the chamber, the water and the bag. Thom uses a MiniPack MVS-20 to demonstrate this process. The MVS-20 can be upgrade by PMG to be used with retort canning.
