2020 is HERE and i think its pretty standard loads of y’all have “get more fit” on ur resolutions list! so i thought i would test gabriella whited’s 3 minute ab/ small waist workout challenge! workout i used / https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UmjecVlllCk&list=PL_UOiNFxmXegTowFk_mmTjpBgHELy8F2d&index=6&t=0s ** i do not claim to be a fitness expert. im just a 19 yr old girl that believes everything on the internet. i am naturally skinny and have a fast metabolism so results vary!! i did this to get a more toned tummy, i do not think i was fat or needed to lose weight. i also practiced 16:8 intermittent fasting. pls stay safe y’all ☆.。.:*・°☆
