Speidel Braumeister 200 driven in manual mode (British infusion style)

BREWTOWER 300: http://www.facebook.com/brewtower For advanced BM200 brewers: Speidel Braumeister 200 is driven in manual mode. Only the bottom filter is used. No circulation. 1) The mash water and some of the lauter water is prepared. 2) Malt cylinder is pressed on the bottom, water outside the malt cylinder is pumped out. Valves all closed. 3) A British infusion style side mash is made (mash in @ 70 °C) which was added during lautering. 4) Mash in in malt cylinder also @ 70 °C. 5) After mashing we did run the wort clear by pumping the little amount of wort on the bottom back into the malt cylinder. 6) Lautering, cooking, WP, cooling. www.danibier.ch https://www.facebook.com/pages/danidrinks-Mikrobrauerei-Daniel-Michel/176739955731354?fref=ts
