Web Api MVC 2 Tier Application Return JSON instead of XML data HD

This Series is about building C# Fullstack Web Applications in ASP.NET using ASP MVC, Web API, the Entity Framework and a MS SQL Database. In this, the fourth part of the Series, the focus will be on using ASP Web API to create a Rest service that can be used by the MVC Application we already build. We will focus on we can use the ASP.NET Web API, to create a REST API that can provide a access point to our data so the MVC Application can get it. By doing this we will create a 2 Tier setup instead of the current MVC Application where we only have 1 Tier. The benefit of this will also be explained in the series.
