Ready to blow up those legs and get some serious growth? Let’s get after it! Not really much to say other than this was a complete workout (quads, hamstrings, glutes and calves). It took forever to film and forever to do and it was tough… So I know you can take a few things from this and turn those chicken legs into drumsticks. Sets/Reps: Walking Lunges: 3 Sets / Bodyweight until warm then 30 Reps Hacksquat: 3 Sets / 15 Reps Hack Quad Variation: 3 Sets / 20 Reps Leg Press (Glute Dominant/Halfway up): 3 Sets / 30 Reps Hip Abductors (Glute Band + Lean Forward & Back): 3 Sets / 30 Reps Lying Leg Curl: 4 Sets / 20 Reps Seated Calf Raise + Anterior Tibialis Raises: 8-10min of blowing them up Let me know what video you want next.
