Set 2 rest pause for a total of 15-20 reps. Rest pause(accumulation of three sets within 1, 20 sec rest period between sets) ————— Stiff leg deads: set1- max out set of 8-10 reps. Set 2 max out set of 12-15 reps ————— BB Hip Thrust: work up to max out set of 10 reps. Stick with same weight for 2 more sets. ————— Super set reverse hyperextension with inverse leg curl: 3 rounds, 10-15 reps. —————- Single leg donkey calf raise: 3 sets. 10-15 reps per leg.
