strange mouse and keyboard randomly unworking, 1 year try to fix till now but no luck HD

unsolved usb mouse and keyboard randomly stop working. i test it with 2 computer, buy 2 new mouse and 3 new keyboard and got the same result. but no problem using wireless mouse and keyboard. update bios, updatendriver, change power usage to high performance, try it in win 7 and xp but no luck. anyone can help me ti solve this ? googling and nobody can help this problem
