Cop Holds Gun to Man’s Head During Traffic Stop HD

Maryland police officer Jenchesky Santiago faces 45 years in prison after being caught on video and found guilty of holding a gun to a civilian named Bill Cunningham’s head during a traffic stop in May of 2014. Santiago was convicted on charges of first and second degree assault, use of a firearm in the commission of a felony and misconduct in office.
