"Man-Made" (Human Induced) Lightning Bolts (and slow motion)

I thought it was interesting how people were able to capture the amazing power of a lightning bolt. This clip was on National Geographic on a show called "The Science of Summer". The scientists shoot a rocket that has a spool of conductive wire. As the rocket goes up, the wire unspools and makes a connection to the tower where the rocket was shot from.
