10 Tips to Lose weight. Dieting & Weight loss... Always a better love story than Twilight! How should I start... & What should I eat... My beautiful People, today I am bringing 10 best & easy beasy tips for all of you to start with... Trust me, these are very simple tips but the outcome is so fruitful. Welcome to my channel "Fitness with Doc Zee". Let’s dive in.... Guys these all tips are my favourite, I made all of them my base, when I started my journey. 1-Green tea; Number one on my list, Green Tea. Take it twice daily, the most important component is EGCG, Epi-gallo-caechin Gallate, which increases metabolism rate. 2-Black coffee; Caffeine stimulates thermogenesis and suppresses hunger and above all, it acts as Diuretics means decrease water retention. 3-Water; Understand one point here, water is life, your body is composed almost 60% of water and there are a lot of chemical process going on inside this laboratory. Keep it hydrated. So, my first advice, drink plenty of water daily, should be 3 L/day. Second, Drink water before every meal it ll give you feeling of fullness and hence you will eat less. Third, my favourite one, drink warm water with lemon along with every single meal. 4-Small & frequent Meals 5-6 meals/ day; One of the most important tips from my list is this one. It keeps your metabolic rate high and your body will become a fat burner. I repeat again, 5 small meals every day. 5-Ditch Your Appetite; Finish your meals when you are still 20-30% hungry. 6-Divide meal portions; 50% protein/ 30% Carbohydrates /20% Fats- Hold on, hold on Doc!!! This is very difficult to calculate the percentage of your food. Fine... Take a "Palm Rule”.. Take protein equivalent to your palm size, Fats equivalent to your fist and rest of your plate you can fill with vegetables. 7- Eat Clean and Control Cravings; One of the most difficult things to do, at least for me. The best way to achieve this one, throw away all junk foods, modify your grocery lists, stop going to restaurants at least for a while. Make this thing a habit at your home for all of your family members. 8-Salt & Sugar; It’s time to say Bye bye to your sugar. If you can’t live without sugar, then switch to brown sugar or low caloric sugar. Zero salt intake after 6 pm twice in a week, it will drain extra water out of your body. Guys, this is my most favourite tip. 9-Count your calories and log your meals I am not going into much detail for now, but for sure I will do a separate video on this topic. Because this is a key factor, whoever out there understand the value of this point, start following it. 10-Be mentally strong, disciplined and Commit yourself fully, to what you have started. When you feel like quitting, think about why you started at first place. Sleep well, take 7-8 hours’ sleep, exercise daily and start with baby steps, you will achieve your targets.
