Post-Op Week 1 Vertical Gastric Sleeve (VGS) HD

This week I ramble about: 1. Weight loss 2. Hospital Stay 3. Only seeing one difference 4. Pushing myself. 5. Being Bored at home 6. Weeks to come (Doc visit, Phase II) 7. Body Shot & Inscion sights *** I started a statement saying that I was worried about something then got off track. My concern was/is that when I start to eat real food (in about 2 1/2 weeks) that I will gain weight back. I will be more active and need to start eating more calories 800 to 1000. But we will just have to see. ***
