Food poisoning and its symptoms like vomiting or diarrhea is one of the most annoying things which can happen to you when you are traveling. You want to enjoy the sun and the place you are visiting, but then you need to spend the whole day in bed or even worse on the toilet. But there are a couple of easy tips and some information about travel pharmacy to prevent food poisoning on your next trip: 1. Always wash your hands before eating or use disinfectant 2. Avoid ice cubes or only use ice cubes with holes 3. Only by bottled drinks (and check if the bottles are closed properly) 4. Eat where a lot of people are eating 5. Avoid meat and dairy products as much as possible if possible 6. Eat vegetables and fruits with peels (try to avoid fruits which need to be washed) If you follow these tips you can prevent food poisoning!
