Using Axiotron Modbook pen on the Dell Canvas at CES 2017 Dell Canvas event HD

Trying out the Dell Canvas with built in Windows 10 driver. Discovered that the pen is not using DTK frequencies (Cintiq 13HD/21UX/22HD/24HD/27QHD etc.) but old UD/DTU series pen frequencies (Surface Pro 1 and 2, Samsung S-pen, Fujitsu T series, Cintiq 15X/17SX/18SX, Wacom Art Z II etc.). At the time, there were no Wacom Wintab driver written for it so while on the Win 10 native pen driver, tilt and eraser functionality was not available.
