However in Windows 10, the following to changes are to be made to get rid of scrolling of canvas in SmoothDraw and for the offset between cross-hair (pointer) and the writing. 1. In Pentablet application (software driver for XP-Pen): Uncheck "Windows Ink". It appears on the left bottom in my version. 2.
